He is survived by: his sister Ruth White Hudson; his former wife Elisabeth White; and his children, Ben, Tom, John of Minneapolis and Katherine White of Washington, DC. He is also survived by four grandchildren, four great grandchildren and many nephews, nieces, other relatives, and friends.
