We are sad to announce that on December 29, 2020, at the age of 78, Florence Carr of Cairo, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas, Sr. Carr and Lorene Carr (Devenport); and her sisters, Ruth Carr and Sue Fennel. She is survived by: her brother Tom Carr (Marilyn) of Moberly. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
