He is survived by: his parents, Billy Prather and Glenda Prather of Cairo, MO; his close friend Stephanie White of Cairo, MO; his children, Kelsey Prather of Moberly, MO, Richard Richardson of Higbee, MO, Amanda Clary of Cairo, MO and Cheyenne Arends (Aubrey) of Higbee, MO; his grandchildren, Jayden, Kaeson Prather of Moberly, MO, Natalie of Cairo, MO, Kaylee of Cairo, MO and Eli Pennington of Cairo, MO; his grandfather Robert R. Briscoe of Moberly, MO; and his brothers, Paul Prather (Heather) of Ashland, MO and Tommy Prather of Cairo, MO. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and close friends.
