He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Sipe and Frances Sipe (Loveland); his wife Alice Sipe; his daughter Mary Alice Grammer; and his brothers, Dean Sipe and Gene Sipe.
He is survived by: his children, Bill Grammer (Karol) of Warsaw, MO, David Grammer (Marcia) of Macon, MO and Stacey Sipe of Macon, MO; and his sister Sharon Taylor of Lewistown, IL. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
