He was predeceased by: his parents, George Barkley and Velma Barkley (Lowry); and his siblings, Richard, Austin and Sylva Barkley.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Parrish of Cairo; and his daughters, Debbie Vaughn (Andy) of Chillicothe and DeAnna Weaver of Cairo. He is also survived by his 12 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren along with several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Grant Street Church of Christ. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Plainview Cemetery.
