He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Edwin and Mary Duryea (Womack) of Virginia; and his siblings, Eddy and Patricia. He is survived by: his wife Judy Kristine Weaver; his daughter Samantha Duryea; his stepchildren, Rebecca, Robin Dale and Steven Dale; and his sister Kathy Fry. He is also survived by six grandchildren and five nieces and nephews.
