He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Eivins and Helen Eivins (Ceradsky); his siblings, Martha Provin and Gerald Eivins; and his daughter Marcia Eivins.
He is survived by: his wife Faye McLain Eivins; and his daughters, Cindy Bajkowski (Jim), Becky Sobotka (Mike), Diane Richardson (Mike) and Pat Eivins. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; one great-great grandson and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
