She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Lawson and Mary Lorene Lawson (Portell); her husband James R. Lawson; her sister Mary Politte; and her siblings-in-law, Maxine Battreal, Donald Portell and Stanly "Spec" Portell.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Jacobsen of Cadet, Donna Tallis (Pat) of Cadet, Robert Portell (Christine) of Cadet and Timothy Portell (Kathaleen) of Cadet; her brother Michael Lawson (Judith) of Cadet; and her brothers-in-law, Charles Portell (Phyllis) of Potosi, Francis "Bunny" Portell of Potosi and Randy Portell of Farmington. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
