He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Mayfield; his children, Randy Mayfield (Bridgett), Kelly Sparks (Ken) and Daniel Mayfield; his stepsons, Jim Cohen and David Cohen; his grandchildren, Michael Kley, Victoria Kley, Justice Mayfield, Emma Mayfield, Robert Mayfield and Landon Mayfield; and his sisters, Peggy Nicholson, Judy Littrell-Mathinia and Jane Owens. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family.
