He is survived by: his wife Dianne Wittke of Cadet, Missouri; his stepchildren, Carrie Boyer (Kevin) of Blackwell, Missouri, Bill Wittke (Sue) of Arnold and John Wittke of Cadet, Missouri; his siblings, John Booker (Janette) of Gates, Tennessee and June Barnes of Gates, Tennessee; and his grandchildren, Beth Booker, Ryan Boyer, Drew Boyer, Alex Wittke, Adam Wittke, Zoe Wittke and June Wittke. He is also survived by many other relatives and special friends.
