He is survived by: his sons, Anthony Perry (Jessie) and Terry Perry; and his siblings, Linda Abbott, Brenda Evans (Dave), Ella Wallenbrock (James), Rhonda Ulrich (John), Glen Perry and Dennis Perry. He is also survived by 6 Grandchildren, 3 Great-Grandchildren.
