He is survived by: his significant other Rebecca Hickam; his daughters, Clara Hickam and Tiffany Hickam (James Shoemaker); his sisters, Anita Daugherty Seiber, Virgie Daugherty Jessie and Venna Daugherty Roberts; and his mother-in-law Clara Hale.
