He was predeceased by: his parents, James T. Martin, Sr. and Martha Marie Martin (Stringer); his son James Thomas "Tommy" Martin III; and his sister Pearl Martin. He is survived by: his wife Judy Martin; his son Charles Anthony Martin; and his siblings, Shirley Courtway, Cathy Blount, Eugene Stief, Jr. and Glenn Clark (Belinda). He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
