He is survived by: his mother Helen Dobbs; his siblings, Jacob Dobbs, Jr. (Julie Boyer), John Dobbs and Mary Ann Bell (Terry); his grandsons, Harley and Jacob; and his nieces and nephews, Kimberly Elder, Bobby Beck, Nick Maness, George, Angie DeClue, Candy Crawford (Joey), Helen Gardner and Jason DeClue (Tiffany). He is also survived by cousins and extended family and friends.
