She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Carl Siebeneck and Katherine Fenton Frank; her son Kenny "Scooter" McKenzie, Jr. (Cheri); her grandparents, Steve, Bertha Siebeneck, Woodrow and Sadie Lewis; and her siblings, Ray Frank and Sally VanSkike.
She is survived by: her former husband Kenny McKenzie; her daughters, Faith Cain (Nathian), Charity Poucher (Joshua) and Hope Bolin; her grandchildren, Kadyn, Hailee, Mason, Taylor, Chelbi, Payton, Lucas, Naomi, Kenzie, Tarek and Olivia; her great grandchild Brooke; her siblings, Debbie Shafer (Tony), Karen Scheib (Wilbert) and Marvin Siebeneck, Jr. (Cheri); and her friend Gerald Lee Poucher. She is also survived by many friends, nieces, and nephews, and also her special companion.
