He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Hall and Hardy Leo Hall; his daughter Sandra Marie "Sandy" Nickelson; and his siblings, Imelda Wilson (Norman), Edith Rulo and Robert "Bob" Hall.

He is survived by: his wife Regina Hall (Hinch); his children, Donna McClintock of Irondale, Rebecca Hall of Potosi, Bernard Hall, Jr. (Roxanne) of Cadet and Bill Hall (Andrea) of Irondale; and his son-in-law Michael Nickelson. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, many great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
