She was predeceased by: her parents, Arlest "Blackie" Skaggs and Vernal Skaggs (Gibson); her husband William "Bill" Hawkins; her son Ronnie Hawkins; her siblings, Jackie Keller (Skaggs), JoAnn Ballard and Robert "Bob" Skaggs; her sons-in-law, Tim Adams, Gary Rook and Larry Wilson; and her siblings-in-law, Bertha Barclay, Norma Pyatt, Jack Barclay, Tim Hawkins and Altha Hawkins (Scott).
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Wilson, Roxann Rook, Debbie Adams, Donnie Hawkins (Vicki), Rob Hawkins (Alice), William "Chip" Hawkins (Brandy) and Steve Hawkins; her brother Mike Skaggs (Jan); and her brother-in-law Robert "Bob" Pyatt. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren, and many other dear friends and family.
