Wilma Jean left this world on February 23, 2025 at the age of 92, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Orin Nettles (Poppy) and Edna Nettles (Potts); her siblings, Arvel Nettles, Carl Nettles, Jerry Nettles, Billy Joe Nettles, Lola Woodward, Mildred Burke, Kathleen Greer, Isabell Elliott and Verna Mae Hopkins; her spouse Gaylon Romine; and her children, Donnie Lee, Gerald, Kathy, Darrell and Billy. She was also cherished by 12 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, and 7 great great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Evans Funeral Home (224 S Grand Ave, Houston, MO 65483). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Miller Cemetery.
