He is survived by: his sister Debra Conway of Steele; his children, Diana Lynn Garner (Randy) of Cabool, Patricia Burke of Mansfield, Ken Polm (April) of Cabool and Teresa Edwards (Jeff) of Mtn; and his grandchildren, Randy Garner, Brandon Garner, Heather Garner, Kayla Warden, LaTisha Cantrell, Natasha Burke, Kenny Barnes, Samantha Stilley, Aly McMinn, Kammi Jenkins, Keiven Polm, Trenton Polm, Zach Edwards, Misti Waldorf, Brandi Gidcumb, Tristan Gidcumb, Paige Hesley, Dani Ratteree, Hannah Wilson, Haley Wilson, Bobby Polm, Toby Polm, Cody Polm, Hesston Polm, Wyatt Polm and Baxter Polm. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
