She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Clark and Rethel Clark; her siblings, Roy William "Billy" Clark and Dottie Reel; and her daughter Kimberly Ivie Blanchette.
She is survived by: her sons, Billy Joe Clark and Robert Hutsell (Vickie); her grandchildren, Tammy Clark, Adam Richardson (Erin), Isaac Collins (Ariel McGinnis), Allison Crewse (Riley), Tanner Hutsell (Ashlie), Jordan Hutsell and Samantha Hutsell; and her great grandchildren, Gracie, Hallie, MacKenzie, Luke, Cody Richardson, Aden, Matthew Rutz, Brady, Baiya Crewse, Calvin Crewse and Eli McGinnis. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
