She was predeceased by: her parents, William Henry Howard and Effie Evans Howard; her siblings, Jim Howard, Edna Lattion, Joyce Collins and Eunice Trail; and her grandson Vance Trett.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Ritterbusch (David), Lonnie Newberry (Debbie), Noble Newberry (Donna) and Don Newberry (Rita); her sisters, Dorcas Teer, Ruth Russell and Leona Cash; and her grandchildren, Erin Summers (Jonathan), Mike Newberry (Ann Marie), Brad Newberry (Jennifer), Brian Newberry, Kelly Newberry and Kimberly Newberry. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
