He is survived by: his significant other Gail Martin; his sister-in-law Cathy Stapp of Cabool; his sisters, Karin Rader (Roger) of Springfield, Donna Ames of Springfield and Patti Mitchem (Steve) of Springfield; and also Shawn Reeves (Amber) of Battlefield, MO. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
