She is survived by: her husband Tommy Smith; her daughter Tommi Rudat (Chris); her stepdaughter Tina Smith; her siblings, Barbara Wade of Mountain Grove, Phyllis Graves of Fulton, Texas, Steve Glenn (Linda) of Cabool and Tony Glenn (Missy) of Mountain Grove; her cousin Judy Piotraschke (Rolland) of Valley Park; and her grandchildren, Johnathan, Maxwell, Mary, Heather and Nicolas.
