He was predeceased by: his grandmother Bonnie Pauley. He is survived by: his parents, Heath Chick of Cabool and Sandra; his stepfather Karl Kootz of Pomona; his siblings, Justin Chick and Emily Chick; his grandparents, Rick, Sheila Collins of Cabool, Doyle and Jodeen Chick of Ocala, Florida; and his great-grandparents, Lloyd, Shirley Collins of Willow Springs, Jim and Kay Collins of Cabool. He is also survived by cousins, uncles, aunts and many, many classmates and friends.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Ryan Chick Memorial Fund for his siblings education fund.
