He was predeceased by: his daughter Carolyn Sue (Susie); his brothers, Carl, Darrell and Harold; his daughter Susie; his son-in-law Danny Nungesser; his grandson Jeremy; and his great grandchildren, Shane Turner (Boyoh), Joshua Turner and Trinity Martin.
He is survived by: his sons, Arch and Jewell Turner (Welch); his wife Wilma Crewse; his sons, Jimmy Turner and Jerry Turner (Kathryn); and his brothers, Shirley and Herman. He is also survived by 23 grandkids, 35 great grandkids and 4 great great grandkids; sisters and brothers-in-law, many nephews and nieces; as well as a host of friends.
Before the pandemic, he and his brother, Shirley were still attending many area nursing homes to sing and play music; of course, Ronnie always had a few "stories" to share.
