He was predeceased by: his parents, Judeson Shotwell and Kathryn Shotwell (Sharper); and his siblings, Irvin, Norman, Carl and Geraldine.
He is survived by: his brother Tommy; his children, Lori (John), Robert, Stephanie (Roger) and Rebecca; his grandchildren, Joshua, Jordan, Roger Jr. and Brooke; and his great-niece Kammi Jenkins. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
His family is grateful for his New Jersey and Missouri friends and the staff of Willow Care who cared for Robert and stayed with him during his battle with Parkinson's.
