He is survived by: his mother Diane Freeman (Royal); his wife Tammy Collins; his close friend Amanda Hall; his children, Tammy Freeman, Austin Freeman, Ethan Brown, Hunter Freeman and Amber Freeman (Brad Thomas); and his siblings, Kathy Akers (Gary), Debbie Parsons (Kelly) and Ronnie Freeman.
