She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles J. Jacks and Dorothy A. Jacks; and her great grandchild Sawyer Williams. She is survived by: her husband Donald Bloomer; her children, Bonnie Williams of Willow Springs, MO, Travis Williams (Ammie) of Cabool, MO, Wendy Rousseau (Robert) of Decatur, IL, Adam Williams (Samantha) of Cabool, MO and Josh Bloomer of Cabool, MO; and her siblings, Dawn Eckles (Bill) of Greenwood, AR, Michael Jacks of Newport, NC, Jerry Jacks (Elaine) of Cabool, MO and Steven Jacks of Havelock, NC. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
