He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Castleberry and Anna Castleberry (LaGrange); and his siblings, Donovan "Donnie" Castleberry, Mike Hester and Penelope "Penny" Castleberry.
He is survived by: his children, Amanda of Missouri and Jeremiah of Texas; his brothers, Bill Castleberry, Rick Castleberry and Ted Castleberry; and his fiancé Crista Davis. He is also survived by several grandchildren; as well as several nieces, nephews and many friends.
