He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Foster and Clarena Foster (Ballard); his sister Pauline; and his daughter Lynn. He is survived by: his wife Gwendolyn (Parker) of Cabool, MO; his son Wayne (Angie) of Newkirk, OK; his grandchildren, Beth (Clay) of Ponca City, OK, Stephanie (Tyler) of Solo, MO and Jonathan; and his great grandchildren, Piper, Adalyn and Colson.

Memorials: New Hope Baptist Church, Houston Rural Fire Department, or Alzheimer's Association.
