“In loving memory of Frances Ramsey, Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Fran was such a vibrant, friendly and truly kind person and will truly be missed. She and my husband used to almost do a "Mike and Fran Comedy act". So funny. I am glad she just held the Shop Hop and was able to be with her customer/friends and daughter again in happy times. She was so proud of her husband and daughter. So proud! I will miss you Fran. Love, Donna”
