She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Smith and Cecil Smith (Ruby); her husband Luther Mannon Mullins; her daughter Sandra Claussen; her granddaughter Mechelle Bump; and her sister Mildred Baney.
She is survived by: her daughters, Eva Ann Ross, Gloria Henry and Marla Reene Roelandt of Bellevue. She is also survived by six grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and six great-great grandchildren.
