He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer L. Rust and Leona Rust (Bowles); and his sister Ruth (Bill Dickison). He is survived by: his wife Charlotte M. McLaughlin; his daughter Kelli of Springfield, MO; his grandson Christopher; his son Christopher (Allison); his grandchildren, Darrin Lee Tubbs, Alec Christopher Rust, Alexis Christine Rust and Chloe Renae Boughton; his niece Brenda Jarrett (Ed) of Cabool, MO; and his nephew Eric Mohler of Cabool, MO. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
