She was predeceased by: her parents, Verl Lee and Ollie Lee (Daugherty); her siblings, Joe Kenneth Daugherty, Jackie David Lee and Verla Kay Pulliam (Lee); and her niece Velinda Wilkins (Pulliam).
She is survived by: her husband Glen Chowning; her sisters, Wilma Lawson (Richard) of Fair Play, MO, Evelyn Freed of Cabool, MO, Debbie Crider (David) of Gepp, AR and Wanda Freeman (Paul) of Cabool, MO; her sister-in-law Kaye Lee of West Plains, MO; and her brother Jeryl Lee (Vicki) of Casper, WY. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
