It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bulas H. Volner of Cabool, Missouri, born in Mansfield, Missouri, who passed away on October 23, 2023, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Charles Kennedy and Ruby Kennedy; his wife Donna Johnson; his siblings, Rosemary Eastburn (Gary), Randy Volner, Loretta Burton, Chuck Kennedy (Crystal), Bobby Kennedy (Anne) and Jessie Kennedy; his daughter Brooke Kowitz (Bryce); his grandchildren, Brylee and Braxton Kowitz; his mother-in-law Nancy Slater (Tim); and his sister-in-law Sandi Stewart (Billy). He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, cousins, nephews and nieces.
