She was predeceased by: her parents, Vester Lay and Eula Lay (Dunivan); and her brother Loyal Lay. She is survived by: her husband Terry Matherly; her sons, Steven Matherly (Stacy) and Curtis Matherly (Shilo); her grandchildren, Jillian Adey (Zachary), Wil Matherly, Kara Lane (Patrick), Alyssa Cooley (Douglas), Austin Hunter (Katlynn) and Alexis Hunter; her great grandchildren, Bodey Hunter and Kizzie Cooley; and her sisters, Joyce Parmenter, Loyce Lantz and Karen McLain. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
