She is survived by: her adoptive children, Susan and David; her children, Susan Cooper of Bolivar, MO and David Zink (Cindy) of Raymore, MO; and her grandchildren, Lauren, Lindsay Cooper and Anna Zink. She is also survived by many extended family and good friends.
