He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Hayes and Florence Hayes (Lester); and his siblings, Don Hayes and Mickie Stoos. He is survived by: his former wife Barbara Baldridge; his wife Doris Moore Wolf; his sons, Michael Hayes of Los Lunas, James Hayes of Albuquerque and Ron Hayes of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; and his stepsons, Marty Wolf of Butterfield and Wesley Drake of Greenville, Texas. He is also survived by six grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; three special grandchildren and thirteen step-great grandchildren.
