He was predeceased by: his parents, Lavern Leander and Mabel Berniece Grimes Dickerson; his wife Mary Dickerson; his great grandchild Parker Cory Pugh; and his sister Alice Louise Dickerson.
He is survived by: his former wife Mary Beatrice Talley; his daughters, Debbie Umstattd (Roy Dale) of Adrian, Lori Cook (Larry) of Butler and Kelly Dickerson of Adrian, Missouri; his grandchildren, Allison (Cory Pugh), Rachel (Eric Oates), Bailey (Andy Carr), Landon (Kristina Cook) and Chance Umstattd (Mallory Edson); his great grandchildren, Brooklynn, Riley Pugh, Liam, Raquel Oates, Abram, Braxton, Bowden Carr, Lincoln, Leelynn, Kordelia and Layton Cook; and his siblings, Ronald "Toad" Dickerson (Betty) of Adrian, Missouri and Iris "Gal" Hon (Andy) of Butler, Missouri. He is also survived by nephews, nieces and cousins.
