He is survived by: his children, Chad Christopher of Butler, Missouri, Debbie Cole (Don) of Butler and Darcie Anderson (Bob Beilfuss) of Overland Park, Kansas; his grandchildren, Ellis, Hilari, Bethanie, Gabby, Kristopher, Zach, Lacy, Melanie and Ryan; his great grandchildren, Kimbry and Easton; and his son-in-law Kelly Craft of Butler.
