Alvina Harrison-Wells Obituary

We bid farewell to Alvina Harrison-Wells of Butler, Missouri, born in Hutchinson, Kansas, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 1, 2024 at the age of 93. Alvina touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Pearl Harrison and Helen Baize Harrison; her siblings, Raymond Harrison, Vanetta Robey, Richard Harrison, Beulah Myers and Earl Harrison; and her stepdaughter Jolene Burch.

She is survived by: her stepchildren, Jeff Wells, Jon Wells, Jennifer Hardinger and Gay Keene.

Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mullinax Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. (10 S High St, Butler, MO 64730). A graveside service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 1:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Fort Scott National Cemetery (900 E National Ave, Fort Scott, KS 66701).

Memorial contributions may be made to the Butler Nazarene Church or to the Bates County Historical Society.
