With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Maxine Staples of Burlington Junction, Missouri, who passed away on January 24, 2024 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Looney and Mildred Looney (McDaniel); and her husband Donald H. Staples. She is survived by: her children, Wayne Staples (Maryalice) and Linda Guthrie (Larry); and her grandchildren, Matthew Guthrie (Jaime), Sarah Rick (Joey), Katey Merritt (Joel) and John Staples. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials to the First United Methodist Church of Burlington Junction.
