It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John David Butler of Burlington Junction, Missouri, born in Topeka, Kansas, who passed away on July 25, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Butler and Virginia Butler (Camplin); and his brother Bernie. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Butler; his children, Scott (Susanne), Sean (Kristine) and Shannon; his stepchildren, Kyle (Kathie), Kim and Kristine (Richard); his grandchildren, Hayley, Alexis, Meredith, Katelyn, Piper, Kolby, Korbin, Sage, Daegan and Kenneth; his sister Judi; and his siblings-in-law, Dan and Sherri. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
