He is survived by: his close friend Sherry Turner of Bunker; and his children, Josh Hart (Matt) of Farmington, Dalton Hart of Bunker, Nikki Hart of Bunker, Mariah Hart (Dylan) of New Florence and Marlois Slater (Phillip) of Chillicothe. He is also survived by his family and friends.
