He was predeceased by: his parents, Tony Misuraco and Maude Misuraco. He is survived by: his wife Anna Terrill; his children, Angela (Floyd Conway), Anthony (Sammi Misuraco) and Jamie (Lanham); his siblings, Vanessa, G. W. Luttrell and Melanie Henegar; his grandchildren, Randi, Jordan Slayton, Rachel, Dakota Mayberry, Lane Misuraco (Hunter Wade), Haley, Westin Hawkins, Stacy Misuraco, Landon Lanham, Payden Lanham, Morgan Lanham and Jackson Lanham; and his great grandchildren, Brooklynn Slayton, Charlie Mayberry, Paisley Mayberry, Indi Hawkins and Jep Hawkins.
