He was predeceased by: his brothers, Jimmy Powell and Doug Keeling. He is survived by: his spouses, Vivian Jeremiah and Vivian Powell of Bunker, Missouri; his sons, Richard "Rick" Powell (Janice) of Bunker and Bruce Powell (Patty) of Salem, Missouri; his grandchildren, Nathan Powell (Michelle), Stacey Powell (Jackie), Cody Powell (Kim), Natasha Johnson, Mark Ballenger and Lorrie Underdown (Clint); and his great grandchildren, Taylor Johnson, Waylon Powell, Mica Powell, Maci Powell, Seth Barnhill, Jennah Olimat, Kasum Olimat and Nina Underdown. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
