The passing of Robert Hillard Brandes Jr. of Bunceton, Missouri leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on March 20, 2025 at the age of 79. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert H. Brandes, Sr. and Elizabeth "Betty" Gerhardt. He is survived by: his wife Jammey Bywater; his sons, Matthew Brandes (Stacy Marcum) of Lohman and Timothy Brandes (Debbie Spoonemore) of Bunceton; his grandchildren, Meghan, Kaitlyn, Deryn (Maddie), Hayden Brandes, Corielle Dilse (Zach) and Caitlyn LaRoe (Dallas); his great grandchildren, Ensley Brandes, Grayden, Dalton Dilse, Lucy and Lowen LaRoe; and his siblings, Betty Jean Brandes, Jerry Brandes (Kendra), Janey Humphrey (Richard) and Rusty Brandes (Susan).
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Howard-Millard Funeral Home (1397 W Ashley Rd, Boonville, MO 65233). A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Bunceton Federated Church (201 College St, Bunceton, MO 65237). The Morning Coffee Group met daily (even in the parking lot of McDonalds during Covid.) Although, his most memorable times were when he was able to spend that time having breakfast with his grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to Bunceton School.
