She was predeceased by: her parents, George Cox and Pearl Cox; her brother William Lee Sheppard; and her stepson Adam Osborn. She is survived by: her husband Bobby; her son Levi; and her nieces and nephews, Candace Shouse, Elizabeth Shouse, Rebekah Hoffman, William Leroy Sheppard and Clinton Sheppard.
