She is survived by: her parents, Harry Barber and Sadie Mae McCormick; her spouse John Brownsword; her children, Connie Henson of Lebanon, Missouri, Louis Trout of Steward and David Matthew Trout of Kansas City, Missouri; and her siblings, Nora Thompson (Joel) of Lebanon, Loretta Hilton of North Carolina, Delbert Barber (Janey) of Buffalo and Curtis Barber. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
