She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilburn Owens and Flora Ann Owens (Allman); her husband George Hayes; her children, Wilburn Lee Hayes and Gloria Ann Bashan; and her siblings, Paul Owens, Bert Owens, John Owens, Ray Owens, Ruthie Moore and Veda Ann Owens.
She is survived by: her sons, David Ray Hayes of Buffalo and John Wayne (LaVerna Hayes) of Drexel, Missouri; her sister Marie Kendrick; and her daughter-in-law Janice Hayes. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren.
